Live Well connects like-minded community programs to address issues affecting the health and well-being of San Diegans. Every month Live Well San Diego meets to to discuss a specific focus item such as food insecurity or behavioral health, and invite presenters from the county or the community to lead the discussion on the topic.
For Confidential Recovery to become a Recognized Partner of Live Well San Diego, the organization had to demonstrate a formal commitment to supporting the Live Well San Diego vision. Confidential Recovery also demonstrated a commitment to actively engage in four key areas:
- Being a positive influence in their communities by setting a positive example and share knowledge and resources with other organizations.
- Going "above and beyond" to implement innovative programs policies and practices.
- Displaying "forward thinking" toward the goal of long-term positive change.
- Measuring progress by developing measurable objectives and using tools to track and report results.
