The Eagles led by as many as 14 in the fourth quarter, but fell to the Denver Broncos at home, 21-17, for their first loss of the season.

4th-and-12 at PHI 37 (6:53)

• The Broncos strike first with a 55-yard field goal from Will Lutz. Denver went 32 yards on 12 plays to open the scoring (Eagles 0 Broncos 3)

4th-and-8 at DEN 13 (:32)

• Field Goal! Jake Elliott makes a 31-yard field goal to tie the game. Philadelphia went 70 yards on 12 plays, with chunk gains from Brown, Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith, and Grant Calcaterra. (Eagles 3 Broncos 3)

2*nd*Quarter

3rd-and-8 at PHI 34 (12:38)

• SACK! Za'Darius Smith comes up with a 13-yard sack on 3rd down, booting the Broncos outside of field goal range. The Eagles take over after a Denver punt.

• TOUCHDOWN! The Eagles take the lead with a 2-yard pass to Dallas Goedert from Jalen Hurts. The drive was highlighted by a 52-yard pass to DeVonta Smith on 3rd-and-17, followed by a 24-yard pass interference forced by A.J. Brown on reigning Defensive Player of the Year Patrick Surtain II. • Third Down Stop! The Eagles hold the Broncos on 3rd-and-21 and force a Denver punt. The Broncos were in field goal range, but an intentional grounding pushed Denver back.

1st-and-goal at PHI 2 (13:16)

• The Broncos cut into their deficit with a 2-yard touchdown run from J.K. Dobbins. Denver went 64 yards on the drive to make it a one possession game. (Eagles 17 Broncos 10)
