The San Francisco 49ers have reunited with a familiar face at linebacker, bringing backDre Greenlawafter one season with the Denver Broncos.
Originally selected by San Francisco in the fifth round (148th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft, Greenlaw spent the first six seasons of his career with the 49ers, where he became a key contributor on the team's defense. Following a 2025 campaign in Denver, the veteran linebacker returns to The Bay with extensive starting experience.

- Greenlaw has appeared in 14 postseason contests (12 starts), tallying 82 tackles, three passes defended, two interceptions, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.
- In the 2025 postseason, he recorded 10 tackles across two games.
- Over his career, Greenlaw has averaged 118 tackles per 17 games.
