Denver Summit FC's home opener in the franchise's inaugural season came with plenty of fanfare but no goals in a scoreless draw with the Washington Spirit in front of an NWSL record crowd Saturday at Denver.A turnout of 63,004 spectators at Empower Field at Mile High never saw a goal. The teams combined for seven corner kicks and never converted.Goalkeeper Abby Smith made two saves for the Summit (1-2-1, 5 points)Goalkeeper Sandy MacIver made two saves as the Spirit (0-3-1, 3 points) remained winless.Utah Royals 2, Boston Legacy FC 1

Lara Prasnikar's penalty kick early in the second half proved to be the difference as the Royals prevailed in Foxborough, Mass., for their first victory of the season.Tatumn Milazzo's first-half goal put Utah ahead and Prasnikar pushed the margin to 2-0 five minutes into the second half following Anni Karich's foul in the penalty area.Aissata Traore scored in the 72nd minute for Legacy (0-0-3, 0 points), which had been shut out in their first two matches of the season.
